Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately at najahapprl@gmail.com. Once we confirm the issue, we will work with you to resolve it quickly, which may include sending a replacement or offering another appropriate solution.
Important Notes
- Chargebacks: We have a zero-tolerance policy for false chargebacks and reserve the right to deny service to individuals engaging in such activities.
